Brian the Sun is a 4-man group from Osaka formed in 2007 consisting of members Ryota Mori on vocals, Haruki Shiroyama on bass, Shinji Ogawa on guitar, and Shunta Tanaka on drums.
 

After releasing their nationally distributed single “Sister” in July 2012, they made their presence in the indie scene after having a successful record release solo gig in Tokyo and Osaka.

In 2013, they signed a record deal with SPACE SHOWER MUSIC, releasing 2 mini albums and 2 full length albums. In January 2016, they signed with Sony Music Labels’ Epic Record Japan.

 

Brian’s major debut single “HEROES” that was released in June 2016 is the ending song for the anime adaptation of the hit manga “My Hero Academia”. Their newly released track “Lonely Go!”
is being used as the 4th opening theme for the anime Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
